Dear Texan Families,

I  have been a part of the San Marcos community for over 25 years.   Before my career in education, I devoted 7 years working at Cenikor, formally Hays Caldwell Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse, as a prevention-intervention specialist.  I became part of the SMCISD family in 2007 and  transitioned into the counseling field in 2018.  I aspire to devoting my work in fostering a culture of acceptance and respect among our students, staff, and families at Travis Elementary.
